7 Days Nairobi, Samburu, Mount Kenya, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Nairobi

 

Day 1- Nairobi - Samburu

Depart from Nairobi and drive through the coffe and tea plantations of the central Kenya crossing the equator to the north where you will arrive at Samburu National Park ready for lunch as well check in. After, evening spent with game viewing rare animals that are  not found inthe other parks then return back to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 2- Samburu 

Early morning game viewing then breakfast. Continue with game drive and watch the rare animals of northern Kenya like gerenuk, baisa olyx, leopards and Somali ostrich. Return for lunch at the lodge before embarking on evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.

 

Day 3- Samburu - Mount Kenya

Early morning game drive then drive to south. The night spent at the Camp or Lodge, a tree house in Mount Kenya Natioanl Park. Enjoy close view of the game at the waterhole. Overnight and dinner at the camp or lodge.

 

Day 4- Mount Kenya - Lake Nakuru

After breakfast drive further south via the Thomson's fall to lake Nakuru Natioanl Park for Lunch. Spend the rest of the day game viewing in this park with lot's of birds teaming with wildlife and rare animals who find sanctuary here. Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.

 

Day 5- Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara

Early Morning game drive followed by breakfast. then drive to the Maasai Mara arriving at the lodge ready for lunch. Spend two nights in this jewel park of Kenya with lots of flora and fauna. Extras includes visit to Masai Village, balloon safari, walking safaris and night safari where applicable. Dinner & overnight at the camp or lodge of your choice.

 

Day 6- Maasai Mara

Early morning and evening game drive to absorb the enormity of the Mara. In this country of breathing vistas, view it's assemblages of plains game together with their associated predators: Black Rhino, Hippopotamus, Buffalo, Leopard, Cheetah, Lion, comon zebra, Coke's Hartebeest, Orbit, wathog,White bearded Gnu and Thompson's Grant's Gazzells. Dinner and overnight at the chosen lodge and camp.

 

Day 7- Maasai Mara - Nairobi

After breakfast leave for Nairobi arriving for lunch at CARNIVORE restaurant. After lunch proceed for sightseeing in Nairobi or drop at the  Nairobi Airport for your flight back to your next destination( Mombasa / Malindi).
